Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory tracking to ensure timely, cost-efficient procurement

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace, coordinating with cleaning staff and service providers

  • Handle routine IT tasks such as laptop and tablet setup, following standard operating procedures

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and management, including flights, accommodation, and transport

  • Manage office petty cash, reimbursements, invoices, and basic expense reporting

  • Obtain and compare vendor quotations for office purchases before confirming orders

  • Organize internal events, client meeting logistics, and document preparation for presentations

  • Support onboarding logistics in coordination with HR & Legal Admin

Requirements

  • Prior experience in office administration or a similar support role

  • Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to set up and maintain tracking and filing systems

  • Comfortable with basic IT tasks and willing to follow SOPs

  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude

  • Working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
