Key Responsibilities
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory tracking to ensure timely, cost-efficient procurement
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace, coordinating with cleaning staff and service providers
Handle routine IT tasks such as laptop and tablet setup, following standard operating procedures
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and management, including flights, accommodation, and transport
Manage office petty cash, reimbursements, invoices, and basic expense reporting
Obtain and compare vendor quotations for office purchases before confirming orders
Organize internal events, client meeting logistics, and document preparation for presentations
Support onboarding logistics in coordination with HR & Legal Admin
Requirements
Prior experience in office administration or a similar support role
Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to set up and maintain tracking and filing systems
Comfortable with basic IT tasks and willing to follow SOPs
Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
Working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
