Taking care of apartment needs
Arranging office operational vehicles for employee mobility
Checking petrol and e-toll claims from divers in the context of vehicle operations for office support
Review and carry out applications for procurement of GA goods for all departments (furniture, stationery, office pantry needs, laptops, etc.)
Carrying out asset stock opname periodically to ensure the condition of assets and the actual number of assets
Carrying out operational asset management (stickerization, deletion, sale and rehabilitation of assets)
Control and reviewing absenteeism and overtime of outsourced employees (OB and driver)
Monitoring cost expenses for office needs (electricity, water, wifi, etc.)
Monitor outsourcing employee contracts
Proses purchase and Maintenance request from all of branch offices
Asset Management & asset reconciliation
Control and payment process of all GA Expenses
Process company registration documents
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor from Human Resource Management, Management or related with minimum 2 years of experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in English will be an advantage
Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word), SAP system or ERP Internal
Excellent at database processing ability
Have a good skill in general affair arrangement, fulfilling needs and numbers friendly
Excellent Inter-personal Skills, good administration and negotiation skills
Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
Willing to do business trip
