Job Descriptions:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Monitor operational expenses and handle reimbursements
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
Manage and organize document filing (physical & digital)
Coordinate with field teams and vendors
Support daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in a relevant field, such as Management or a related discipline.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc
Willing to be placed in Ciracas, East Jakarta
Vision
