Handle incoming calls related inquiry, request, complaint
Conduct customer identity verification accordance with security and compliance procedures
Handle requests for changes and updates related to banking facilities and customer data
Participate in specific programs and other requests requiring bank verification
Deliver service excellence to handled customers
Maintain confidentiality of customer data
Achieve assigned KPI targets
Provide product and service education during the verification process
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or service upgrades
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) any Major, IPK min 3.00
Good communication in english
