Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.

2. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.

3. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.

4. Following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

5. Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in any major with min GPA 3,00

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position (Fresh graduated are welcome to apply)

3. Proficient in Ms. Office (have knowledge in SAP is a plus)

4. Have professional integrity, good personality, well performance and ability to work independently.
