Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Advertising, Branding, or related disciplines.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Social Media, Creative Marketing, or Integrated Marketing.
Experience in retail, sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, social media strategy, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience in basic photo and video editing is a strong advantage.
Experience managing creative teams, agencies, photographers, videographers, and influencers.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
Familiar with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging social media platforms.
