We are a leading Food & Beverage Distribution Company specializing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Sales Data Analyst to support our commercial team by delivering actionable business insights and driving data-based decision-making.
Analyze sales performance by region, branch, channel, customer, and product.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and management reports.
Monitor and analyze Sales KPIs, including Sales Achievement, Sales Growth, Numeric Distribution (ND), Weighted Distribution (WD), Active Outlets, Call Productivity, and Sell-In/Sell-Out performance.
Prepare sales forecasts and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and commercial programs.
Analyze inventory movement, stock availability, and product performance.
Identify sales trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Commercial Analytics.
At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG, Food Distribution, or Consumer Goods industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Experience with SQL and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Sales KPIs, forecasting, trade promotions, distribution analysis, and business reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
