Job Responsibilities:
Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records through regular monitoring and reconciliation.
Analyze inventory performance, including stock movement, aging, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete items, and recommend optimization actions.
Manage inventory control parameters, including minimum stock, maximum stock, reorder point, and safety stock levels.
Monitor spare parts consumption trends and maintain optimal inventory availability to support operations.
Prepare periodic inventory reports and support cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory audits.
Coordinate with Equipment, Procurement, Finance, and warehouse service providers to ensure effective inventory management and compliance with procedures.
Review and validate warehouse service invoices and supporting documents for payment processing.
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives related to inventory management and warehouse operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including inventory planning, stock control, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and inventory analysis.
Experience working with ERP (Oracle, Maximo, or similar) inventory management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, port, mining, oil & gas, or heavy equipment environment will be an advantage.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
