Minimum S1 Degree from reputable university
Minimum 15+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the retail fashion or sportswear retail industry.
Able to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
Strong experience in talent acquisition & workforce planning, ensuring the right staffing levels across retail stores, to corporate teams and strong understanding of retail-specific labor laws and compliance.
Proficient in performance management methodologies, including KPIs, sales target tracking, and store productivity analysis to enhance employee performance.
Able to enforce discipline and compliance to maintain workforce efficiency.
Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits structures, including retail incentives, and other strategic to attract and retain top talent.
Experienced in designing and delivering training programs that enhance soft skills and hard skill.
Able to lead and oversee General Affairs functions, ensuring office operations, company assets, and facility management run smoothly.
Able to manage teams, handle on-the-ground HR issues quickly, and support retail leaders with real-time HR solutions.
