About the Company:
PT. Alden Karya Bintang Gemilang is the official distributor of three innovative and fast-growing brands in Indonesia: Yesoul Indonesia and Felvon Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) across Yesoul and Felvon.
2. Plan, develop, and execute content calendars aligned with each brand's marketing objectives.
3. Produce creative concepts for Reels, short-form videos, photos, carousels, and other digital content.
4. Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
5. Design and edit visually appealing social media feed content (carousel posts, static posts, and other creative assets) while maintaining each brand's visual identity.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
7. Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms to create relevant and impactful content.
8. Coordinate content production, including talent, influencers, photographers, videographers, and external partners.
9. Cover brand activities such as product launches, events, exhibitions, community gatherings, and campaigns.
10. Write compelling captions and storytelling content that reflect each brand's identity and voice.
11. Ensure all content maintains consistent branding, visual quality, and messaging.
12. Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
13. Support influencer collaborations by developing creative content ideas and ensuring deliverables meet brand standards.
14. Work closely with the creative, digital marketing, and product teams to execute content strategies effectively.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. Minimum one year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or related role.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing social media content (video, photography, design, or copywriting).
4. Skilled in creating engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
5. Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
6. Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
7. Strong understanding of current social media trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
8. Experience in basic photography and videography is an advantage.
9. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
10. *Experience or strong interest in sports, fitness, wellness, or Pilates is a plus.*
11. Experience working with influencers or appearing as on-camera talent is an advantage.
