Menguasai gambar teknik dalam 2D dan/atau 3D
Menguasai program komputer (program khusus seperti ERP) dan bahasa inggris (minimal pasif).
Komunikatif, jujur, bertanggung jawab, memiliki loyalitas dan integritas tinggi.
Bersedia lembur diluar jam kerja.
Diutamakan berdomisili di Jawa Timur atau memiliki keluarga inti/dekat di Jawa Timur.
