HSE Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in mill operations.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, and ISO requirements related to HSE.

• Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions to prevent accidents.

• Oversee emergency preparedness and response activities

• Monitoring HSE program & training for employees and contractors across site area.

• Monitoring performance and HSE Key Performance Indicators to support operational sustainability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Min. 7 - 10 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing projects.

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and best practices.

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Willing to work in a remote site environment (Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra)
