We are building the nation's leading telehealth platform focused on recurrent urinary tract infections and pelvic health. Our mission is to improve access to evidence-based care for conditions that have been overlooked for far too long. We treat patients who've been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or handed the same short antibiotic course again and again, giving them individualized protocols and care that actually listens.
We're looking for an experienced, highly autonomous Marketing Specialist who can own our marketing function from strategy through execution. This is not a role for someone who only manages social media—you will be responsible for building and growing our brand across every marketing channel.
You will work directly with the CEO and have the opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing healthcare company.
Own and execute our entire marketing strategy, including:
Develop and execute the overall marketing roadmap
Create and manage monthly content calendars
Write engaging content across multiple platforms
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media
Grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automations
Develop partnerships with healthcare providers, influencers, organizations, podcasts, and media outlets
Conduct community outreach to build brand awareness
Identify new partnership opportunities that drive growth
Manage branding and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
Assist with website updates and landing page optimization
Improve SEO and organic search performance
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations
Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
Coordinate marketing launches for new products and services
Create presentations, marketing collateral, and sales materials
Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives
Help build a recognizable national healthcare brand
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience growing brands through multiple marketing channels
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience with social media strategy and content creation
Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong understanding of branding and positioning
Experience with analytics and reporting
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Healthcare or telehealth experience
Partnership or influencer marketing experience
SEO experience
Paid advertising experience (Meta and Google Ads)
Marketing automation experience
HubSpot experience
Basic graphic design skills
Experience launching new brands or products
Self-motivated and proactive
Creative while being data-driven
Able to execute without constant supervision
Comfortable wearing multiple hats
