Leasing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement mall concepts and tenant mix strategies, including identifying, analyzing, and acquiring potential tenants and market trends to maximize revenue growth.

• Formulate, analyze, and evaluate commercial leasing strategies, translate business strategies into actionable work plans, establish KPIs, and ensure achievement of targets set by management.

• Conduct negotiations and finalize leasing agreements with prospective tenants, while maintaining strong relationships and addressing tenant-related issues in accordance with company policies.

• Ensure the end-to-end leasing process runs smoothly, including tenant fitting-out, opening readiness, and the review and management of supporting documents such as LOA, contracts, and related agreements.

• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations, effective execution, and alignment with overall business objectives.

• Manage, develop, and optimize team performance, including SOP implementation and improvement, talent development (soft and technical skills), manpower utilization, and productivity enhancement.

• Oversee budgeting and operational efficiency, including cost-saving initiatives, budget control and realization, performance reporting, tenant database management, and readiness to undertake additional assignments or cross-departmental responsibilities as required by business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years Manager of experience in retail or commercial property leasing

• Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and securing tenants

• Strong understanding of retail trends, tenant mix strategy, and leasing processes

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both local and international tenants

• Capable of developing and executing leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets

• Able to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and project teams

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and result-driven

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
