PJT & Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in BPOM warehouse audit applications and maintain compliance records

• Support warehouse operations to ensure alignment with BPOM SOP requirements

• Manage product receiving, storage, and distribution documentation

• Help maintain inventory accuracy (FIFO/FEFO) and product quality standards

• Liaise with internal teams and government agencies on regulatory matters

• Prepare and organize warehouse management reports as required

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

• SIPA license (Surat Izin Apoteker) – active and transferable

• STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) certificate

• 2+ years of experience in PJT, regulatory affairs, or warehouse compliance

• Familiarity with BPOM regulations and warehouse compliance standards

• Good documentation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Preferred:

• Experience in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry

• Basic understanding of BPOM warehouse audit processes
