Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Communication Studies, Marketing, or Management other majors are welcome to apply.
1–2 years of experience in a related field, preferably from Agency or Production House (is a plus).
Proven experience in managing, growing, or creating content for a YouTube channel (experience with business, coaching, or educational content is a big plus).
Have a very good copywriting skills that can create scripts/content related to business and drive engagement, views & awareness to our social media account.
Proficiency in basic video editing tools, with CapCut etc.
Able to analyze contents and use it as on of improvement base for our daily content. Also able put together monthly report based on those analysis results and present it to the management.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, traffic sources, CTR optimization, and viewer retention strategies.
Have a very disciplined project management skill to manage production posting schedule and making sure all posting are posted on time.
This role is based at the Gratyo® Headquarter – North Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end YouTube content production, from content ideation, planning, scripting, shooting, basic editing, publishing, to post-launch performance analysis.
Develop content strategies and content pillars that strengthen Gratyo's brand, increase audience engagement, and drive channel growth.
Write compelling YouTube copy, including video scripts, titles, descriptions, SEO metadata, and create creative briefs for high-performing thumbnails.
Coordinate content production and podcast initiatives, including production scheduling, logistics, and sourcing high-profile podcast guests.
Monitor and optimize channel performance by analyzing YouTube Analytics, viewer retention, CTR, traffic sources, and growth metrics to continuously improve content performance.
