You will be responsible for : 

  • New customers acquisition, growing share of wallets in existing customers and regain back customers

  • Focused to clients who might use company products/services and also maximizing clients potential in designated region.

  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product knowledge & after-sales support services.

  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.

  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.

  • Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.

  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.

  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery to be more cost-effective.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

  • Setting Sales Forecast and achieving sales target

  • Handling project management for Key Clients


Your requirement will be :

  • Education minimum D3/S1 from any major with experience minimum 5 years.

  • Have experience and strong networking in the B2B Sales.

  • Have a good knowledge & database in a packaging industry (preferable).

  • Computer literate; MS Office (basic function and correspondences).

  • Have good interpersonal & negotiation skills, discipline, and able to work individually and in a team.

  • Passionate about customers, technology and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve long term business relationship with customers.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Working area Jabodetabek
