Bertanggung jawab untuk proses kegiatan administrasi.
Merapikan dan melakukan pengarsipan dokumen secara teratur.
Mengelola dan meng-update database pada sistem atau Ms. Excel.
Melakukan support operasional lain, seperti penjadwalan, mempersiapkan kebutuhan rapat, dan lain-lain
Spesifikasi Pekerjaan:
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat.
Fresh graduate atau pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai staff administrasi.
Menguasai Ms. Office, terutama Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, dan Power Point.
Teliti, detail, dan rapi.
Penempatan: Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan
