We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Prepress Operator to join our Repro team. The ideal candidate communicates openly, identifies issues early, and is motivated to learn specialized tools used in international packaging production.
Key Responsibilities :
· Create print-ready prepress files for gravure printing following internal workflows and brand owner guidelines.
· Prepare and check layouts, artworks, and technical files according to work instructions.
· Work with specialized packaging prepress software (PackZ) as part of daily production.
· Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to ensure all required data is complete before starting work.
· Communicate openly and escalate missing information or risks early.
· Perform step-by-step file checks before releasing files for approval or production.
· Support corrective and preventive actions to maintain and improve quality.
Requirements :
· D3 / S1 Visual Communication Design or a related graphic field.
· Fresh graduates are welcome.
· Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have :
· Experience in packaging prepress, printing, or reprographics.
· Basic understanding of gravure printing processes or brand owner guidelines.
· Previous exposure to PackZ or ArtPro.
