Job Descriptions:
Drive category GMV growth and order performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term collaboration.
Monitor and manage merchant store performance; conduct strategic negotiations to improve sales output and operational efficiency.
Resolve daily operational issues and provide timely solutions to merchants.
Analyze market trends, competitors’ products, and promotional strategies; propose actionable countermeasures.
Coordinate and support merchants in joining platform campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor merchant compliance including delayed shipments, false shipments, customer service response rates, and policy violations; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct data analysis and generate insights to optimize category strategies and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Account Management in E-commerce industry.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Familiarity with Home & Living industry products, brands, and merchant resources preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
