Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager Sales Marketing to join our dynamic team at PT Mawar Sharon Mandiri. In this full-time role based in Soreang, Jawa Barat, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive growth and brand visibility for our company.

Qualification:

• Minimum Education S1 (in any field).

• Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in the same position.

• Experienced in selling house or warehouse units priced from 1 billion and above.

• Have strong business skills and technical knowledge in commercial, housing, and warehousing.

• Have strong skills in leadership, negotiation, property management and sales.

• Preferably have a Supervisor or Manager who leads themselves in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Master online and offline sales techniques.

• Able to follow developments in the marketing world.

• Attractive Income (Salary and Incentives).

• Placement in Kuta amerta, Soreang Bandung
