Marketing & Sales Senior Executive

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or container liner industry.

Strong understanding of container shipping operations, international trade, and supply chain processes.

Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.

Willing to be based in Belawan (Medan).

Drive business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.

Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new accounts.

Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.

Negotiate freight rates, service contracts, and business agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with Trade, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, business reviews, and management presentations.

Represent the company in customer visits, networking events, and industry-related activities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
