Job Requirement
Memiliki pendidikan minimal D3/D4/S1
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun pada posisi yang dilamar (Store Manager) atau 3 tahun pada posisi Asst. Store Manager (Deputy Store Manager/Duty Store Manager)
Berpengalaman memimpin tim dalam industri RETAIL (Retail Furniture menjadi poin plus)
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Word) untuk pendataan dan penghitungan sales
Berpengalaman dalam pengoperasian toko dengan berbagai macam dan jumlah produk
Memiliki pengalaman dalam operational store, display dan visual merchandiser, stock opname, pengembangan tim, dan rancangan strategi sales
Memiliki keterampilan sales-oriented, leadership tim, dan komunikasi yang baik
Job Descriptions:
Melakukan pengawasan sales operasional yang berlangsung di toko
Memahami Product Knowledge dan bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh level store crew
Menilai profil customer, tren pembelian saat ini, dan merancang daily activity untuk mendorong penjualan
Memastikan tim store memberikan customer service yang baik kepada customer
Melaksanakan seluruh aktivitas dan operasional toko sesuai dengan SOP
Mencapai target penjualan perbulan yang ditentukan
Merancang strategi penjualan dan aktivitas untuk tim
