Job Description:
Lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology, and Maintenance.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Manage new product introduction (NPI), production line setup, equipment installation, and process improvement projects.
Analyze project performance using KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct project evaluations, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.
Plan, execute, monitor, and close manufacturing projects.
Control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Ensure effective risk management and issue resolution.
Support process optimization and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, or industrial engineering.
Proven experience leading manufacturing improvement or new production projects.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are preferred.
