Project Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology, and Maintenance.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Manage new product introduction (NPI), production line setup, equipment installation, and process improvement projects.

• Analyze project performance using KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Conduct project evaluations, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close manufacturing projects.

• Control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

• Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.

• Ensure effective risk management and issue resolution.

• Support process optimization and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, or industrial engineering.

• Proven experience leading manufacturing improvement or new production projects.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are preferred.
