Job Description:
1. Manage and organize the CEO daily schedule and appointments.
2. Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings.
3. Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
4. Handle administrative tasks, document filing, and correspondence.
5. Manage the CEO emails and communications professionally.
6. Coordinate with employees and external parties as required.
7. Provide translation and interpretation support (Mandarin–Indonesian–English).
8. Handle daily operational issues and tasks assigned by the CEO.
10. Arrange business travel, including flight tickets, accommodation, and transportation.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary is an advantage.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong translation and business communication skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good time management skills.
Proactive and communicative.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
