HR-IRGA Manager

Job Description :

• Lead end-to-end Human Resources department both in HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Handle HR, GA, Industrial Relations, HSE.

• Making sure the main organization's HR IR-GA policies are carried out.

• Promoting corporate values and drive culture.

• Become the center point for organization correspondence with other external parties, etc.

Job Qualifications :

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, or Psychology

• Must have at least 10 years experiences in end-to-end generalist HR, GA and IR from manufacture company.

• Experienced in working with business leaders to understand business goals and able to provide advice as well as drive people strategies that align with business objectives.

• Experienced in the Food & Beverage Manufacture will be preferred.

• Strong people skills and communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Digital savvy and familiar with Ms. Office especially Ms. Excell, HRIS and Payroll Management System.

• Prefer candidate who can join immediately.
