To be responsible for all venue administration, receiving goods process, managing the stock inventory and ensuring availability of souvenirs and attractive display in our souvenir shop and in vending games
To manage the team and daily activity, to supervise and to coach the team in areas of daily workflow and work performance.
To identify and develop the talents within the venue to secure succession planning.
To ensure that all SOPs well implemented in the venue.
Candidate must hold minimum diploma degree from any field, preferably from industrial or management major.
Proven successful experience minimum 5 years as Store Manager.
Experience of customer-centric business and gained in a value-driven organization
High leadership qualities as proven record of lead, inspire, provide direction, and act strategically toward people and customer centric.
Strong organizational and management skill.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Willing to work on weekend, public holiday, and work on shift.
