Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP) is a structured two-year development program designed for exceptional fresh graduates with high leadership potential and a strong drive to grow. The program aims to bring out their best potential and prepare them to become high-quality future leaders for GGF


Job Description:

  • Leading and supporting key projects across various departments to gain firsthand experience and a deep understanding of daily business processes.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing work processes to boost efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyzing operational data to generate insightful reports and presentations that support data-driven decision-making.

  • Actively participating in strategic planning sessions and company performance evaluations, providing constructive input to achieve long-term targets.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any major.

  • A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.

  • Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and high-initiative skills.

  • Willingness to be placed in and relocated to various locations across Indonesia

  • Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin (Chinese language)
