We’re looking for someone who can build, scale, and dominate social media from 0 to 100 with proven results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive HoLink’s social media growth with clear accountability on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics

• Build and scale social media channels from 0 to growth stage, focusing on Instagram and TikTok as primary acquisition platforms

• Develop and execute performance-driven content strategies that are aligned with business objectives and measurable growth outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and design to ensure content supports product adoption and revenue growth

• Initiate and manage collaborations with creators, influencers, and partners to expand audience reach and accelerate growth

• Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable strategies to improve traffic, user intent, and conversion

• Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and messaging across all social media channels

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media growth, content strategy, or performance marketing

• Experience in SaaS, digital tools, creator economy, or technology-related industries is a strong advantage

• Proven track record in building and scaling social media accounts, with measurable growth results

• Able to work independently, take ownership, and perform in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

• Ability to think beyond content execution and contribute to growth strategy and user acquisition

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
