Electrical Engineer ( Fresh Graduate )

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join PT Taiyo Sinar Raya Teknik, a leading organisation in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering sector. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi, West Java. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components that drive our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations and equipment meet industry standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements. This role is strategically important to our engineering team and directly contributes to the successful delivery of our projects and services.

Key responsibilities

1. Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components for various projects and applications

2. Conduct electrical calculations, simulations, and analysis using industry-standard software and tools

3. Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for electrical installations and equipment

4. Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems

5. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

6. Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective measures to resolve issues

7. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project teams to integrate electrical components into larger systems

8. Conduct quality assurance tests and inspections to verify system performance and safety

9. Maintain and update technical documentation and project records

10. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems

3. Proficiency in English

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

5. IPK min. 3,0

6. Max. age 25 years old
