BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

• Has worked at a company in the EPC, Energy, Power, Renewable Energy, Industrial Automation, BESS, Data Center, or Solar Power Plant sectors.

• Strong Leadership, Business Development Skill and Experience, Project Development Experience, & Presentation Skill.

• Negotiation Skill and Financial Analysis

• 7–15 years of experience. Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

• Entrepreneurial, Curious, Self-Motivated, Self-Confident, Team Player, Comfortable Working with Chinese Companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential investment opportunities.

• Develop new business opportunities in the property market, specifically project divison.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key projects.

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and investment pitches for top management.

• Monitor project performance, business growth, and market developments to recommend strategic improvements.

• Establish and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other key stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
