About the Position

PT Trifusion Bionova Medika is looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead the Senior Account Manager team in driving sales of medical equipment, electromedical devices, and hospital project solutions. This role plays a key part in developing area sales strategies, managing strategic accounts, identifying hospital project opportunities, and ensuring strong sales team performance across the Jabodetabek area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and develop the Senior Account Manager team in the Jabodetabek area.

  • Develop area sales strategies for medical equipment, electromedical devices, and hospital projects based on area potential, hospital mapping, account priorities, and project opportunities.

  • Monitor sales team activities, including customer visits, sales pipelines, forecasts, quotation progress, tenders, project opportunities, closing progress, and after-sales activities.

  • Support the team in approaching key accounts, including Hospital Directors/Management, Procurement, IPSRS/ATEM, Head Nurses, medical users, specialist doctors, consultants, contractors, and other project-related stakeholders.

  • Identify and develop hospital project opportunities, such as operating room projects, medical equipment procurement, installation projects, and other hospital equipment requirements.

  • Support the team in product presentations, technical specification discussions, price negotiations, tenders, e-catalogue processes, and sales closing.

  • Coordinate with Product Specialists, Technical Teams, Principals, Finance, Logistics, and internal management to support sales activities and project needs.

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation, and capability development for the sales team.

  • Ensure sales administration processes, quotation documents, billing documents, project timelines, and customer technical requirements are properly managed.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and business expansion opportunities in the Jabodetabek area.

  • Prepare sales area performance reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, field challenges, project progress updates, and action plans for management.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Electromedical Engineering, Engineering, Healthcare, Marketing, Management, or other related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, particularly in medical equipment, electromedical devices, hospital equipment, or hospital project solutions.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team or managing a sales area.

  • Proven track record of strong sales performance, especially in B2B hospital sales, tenders, e-catalogue, medical equipment, or project-based sales.

  • Experience in managing hospital projects, selling medical equipment, or coordinating technical requirements will be an advantage.

  • Strong network and relationships with hospitals, specialist doctors, head nurses, procurement teams, IPSRS/ATEM, consultants, contractors, and healthcare institutions.

  • Ability to develop area sales strategies, identify project opportunities, manage large sales pipelines, and lead the team to achieve targets.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, strategic account management, and relationship-building skills.

  • Accustomed to handling large sales targets, able to work under pressure, and highly result-oriented.

  • Willing to work in the field and travel across the Jabodetabek area.

  • Having a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is preferred.
