Offer company products, promotions, and services to prospective customers through outbound calls.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Educate customers regarding product features, benefits, and transaction processes.
Guide customers in completing their first transaction and provide appropriate solutions when needed.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase conversion and retention.
Follow up potential leads and customer inquiries professionally.
Update customer data and sales activity records accurately in the system.
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions to support sales conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational and customer experience processes.
Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or related roles is preferred.
Experienced in fintech, paylater, banking, or multi-finance industry is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Familiar with CRM systems and basic computer operation.
Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
Able to join as soon as possible is preferred.
