Sales Representative

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Modern Trade Sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in handling Modern Trade accounts and executing promotional activities.

• Able to drive, and willing to travel for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned Modern Trade accounts to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.

• Negotiate trading terms, promotional programs, and business opportunities.

• Plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities to maximize sales performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams and store operations to ensure smooth execution of sales programs.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor account performance and identify business opportunities.
