We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Finance & Operation Executive to bridge the gap between our financial health and daily business execution. In this role, you will not just oversee the books—you will look at the numbers to optimize how our business runs. You will lead financial reporting, manage budgeting, and streamline our operational processes to help the company scale efficiently.

This role reports directly to the [Insert title, e.g., CFO / Managing Director] and manages a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Strategy:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), payroll, and cash flow management.

  • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, analyzing variances to keep the business on track.

  • Manage tax compliance, statutory auditing, and regulatory filings.


Operational Optimization:

  • Evaluate current operational workflows (e.g., procurement, vendor management, internal systems) and implement improvements to cut waste and boost efficiency.

  • Review, update, and enforce internal control policies to minimize financial and operational risk.

  • Collaborate with department heads to help them understand their budgets and improve their team workflows.

  • Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, tax agents, and key vendors.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, MIA, or equivalent) is a strong plus.

  • Experience: At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role that included operational oversight.

  • Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, ) and advanced MS Excel skills.

    • Deep understanding of local financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

    • Excellent analytical skills—you can translate data into clear, actionable business advice.

  • Attributes: A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with teams.
