R&D MECHATRONIC ENGINEER
PLANT CILEGON
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and Develop mechatronic systems, automation equipment, control system
Integrate mechanical, electrical, software components (products & process)
Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, testing of new design
Develop control algorithms, PLC/HMI programming, sensor integrations
Research & apply new technologies (IoT, Robotics, AI-based control, advanced sensor)
Support troubles-shooting & continuous improvement in manufacturing process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Productions, Quality, Project, IT/Automation
Document design, test results, and technical reports
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and international engineering standards
PERSYARATAN:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering
2+ years of experience in mechatronics, automations, robotics, or R&D
Fresh Graduates with strong skills are welcome
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent)
Hands-on experience in PLC programming, microcontrollers, embedded systems
Knowledge of sensors, actuators, pneumatics, control systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or similar tools is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
