Regularly analyze store performance and develop optimization solutions to address operational issues promptly

2. Product Operations Management | 负责产品运营管理
Manage product operations and development, and promote OEM cooperation for the company's products
产品运营及开发,推进我司产品与OEM合作
Conduct market and customer research to define product direction
调研市场与客户需求,定义产品方向
Translate sales requirements into actionable product solutions
将销售需求转化为可落地的产品方案
Coordinate with R&D and supply chain teams to drive product development and implementation
协调研发、供应链、推进产品开发与落地
Develop product pricing strategies, key selling points, and go-to-market plans
制定产品定价、卖点及上市策略
Support the sales team by providing product messaging and training
支持销售,提供产品话术与培训
Monitor sales performance data and continuously optimize or phase out products as needed
跟进销售数据,持续优化或淘汰产品
3. Other Duties | 其他职责
Complete other assignments delegated by superiors in a timely manner

Fluent Mandarin & English communication to communicate with Mandarin-speaking Stakeholder and regional partners. (Chinese are preferred)

At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or 2 years of experience in product operations
经验:具备2年以上电商运营经验,或2年以上产品运营经验
Candidates with 1–2 years of supervisory experience in e-commerce operations or product operations will be given preference.
优先考虑具有1-2个电商平台运营主管经验者/ 产品运营主管经验者
Strong data sensitivity with the ability to conduct competitor tracking, competitive analysis, and review analysis; capable of independent thinking and possessing clear business insights
对数据敏感,具备竞对跟踪、竞对分析及评价分析能力,拥有独立思考能力和清晰的业务见解
Bachelor's degree or above; majors related to Food Science or Biological Sciences are a plus
学历专业:本科及以上学历,食品/生物科学相关专业会更佳
Proficient in product and business systems such as PLM and SRM, and highly skilled in office software applications
工具技能:熟练操作 PLM、SRM 等产品及业务系统,精通办公软件
Able to adapt to long-term overseas assignments, work well under pressure, demonstrate pioneering spirit and perseverance, and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
