Job Description
Leading and controlling all activities of Manning.
Managing, evaluating and recording Seafarer performance appraisal.
Preparing Manpower planning, replacement and crew rotation plans.
Evaluate seafarer employment agreement in accordance with Company requirement and Government regulation.
Monitoring and checking the validity/authenticity of all seafarer documents before signed the employment agreement.
Maintaining close relationship with Customers, Seafarers and their families.
Preparing, controlling and evaluating department’s budget and cost.
Ensuring the availability of Seafarer in accordance with Customers requirement.
Maintaining, updating and ensuring the implementation of ISO 9001 : 2015
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Maritime Studies or Sea Transportation
Minimum 3 years working experience in Crew Management and preferably in tanker manning agency.
Having knowledge of Maritime Laws and Regulation for Crew Management.
Having good relationship with maritime institutions, training centers and regulatory authorities.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Computer literate.
Good interpersonal, communication and team work with teams and other departments.
Excellent leadership and people skills management.
Well organized, analytical and good problem-solving skill.
