Crewing Manager

Job Description

• Leading and controlling all activities of Manning.

• Managing, evaluating and recording Seafarer performance appraisal.

• Preparing Manpower planning, replacement and crew rotation plans.

• Evaluate seafarer employment agreement in accordance with Company requirement and Government regulation.

• Monitoring and checking the validity/authenticity of all seafarer documents before signed the employment agreement.

• Maintaining close relationship with Customers, Seafarers and their families.

• Preparing, controlling and evaluating department’s budget and cost.

• Ensuring the availability of Seafarer in accordance with Customers requirement.

• Maintaining, updating and ensuring the implementation of ISO 9001 : 2015

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Maritime Studies or Sea Transportation

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Crew Management and preferably in tanker manning agency.

• Having knowledge of Maritime Laws and Regulation for Crew Management.

• Having good relationship with maritime institutions, training centers and regulatory authorities.

• Fluent in English both oral and written.

• Computer literate.

• Good interpersonal, communication and team work with teams and other departments.

• Excellent leadership and people skills management.

• Well organized, analytical and good problem-solving skill.
