Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen positioning in the beauty category.
Plan and implement 360° marketing campaigns (digital, offline activation, influencer/KOL, PR, retail visibility).
Collaborate with creative, social media, and product development teams to deliver consistent brand storytelling.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Build brand equity and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage partnerships with beauty communities, KOLs, agencies, and retail partners.
Stay updated on beauty trends, consumer behavior shifts, and innovations in marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry (1+ years for Executive)
Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and storytelling in beauty.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, influencer marketing, and offline brand activations.
Data-driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with passion for beauty and lifestyle trends.
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with e-commerce marketing (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc).
Experience working with agencies, production houses, and KOLs.
Understanding of consumer research tools and brand health tracking.
Willing to be placement at Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
