Executive Production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, engineering drawings, and production process control.

Job Description:

1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to ensure they are carried out according to the production plan and established standards.

2. Ensure the readiness of machines, materials, manpower, and tooling to support smooth production operations.

3. Ensure all production processes and products comply with the Control Plan, SOPs, engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

4. Lead and supervise Supervisors and Team Leaders in achieving daily production targets.

5. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and workplace safety regulations.

6. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Quality Control Circle (QCC), and other improvement activities.
