Job Description:
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the sales team's daily operations, including processing reimbursement claims and drafting contracts.
Track, follow up, and continuously monitor the status of critical documents.
Maintain neat, structured, and easily accessible archiving and documentation systems.
Requirement:
Minimum high school graduate (or Diploma’s degree) with at least 1 year of working experience in administration or a related field.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken); fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work meticulously and neatly, with excellent time management skills.
Highly communicative and proactive in following up on outstanding documents.
Proficient in computer operations and adaptable to internal administrative systems (familiarity with ERP systems or databases is a strong plus).
