Job Description:

  • Draft and conduct the initial review of legal and contractual documents, including Partnership Agreements (PKS), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), contract addendums, commitment letters, personnel assignment letters, and other supporting legal documents.

  • Prepare and revise contract documents based on the company's standard templates and client requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to support the contract finalization and signing process.

  • Prepare and verify supporting documents for invoicing, ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

  • Collaborate with Sales Administration, Finance, and other related departments to support the billing process.

  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital legal documents, ensuring proper filing, document traceability, and confidentiality.

  • Update and maintain the contract and legal document database in accordance with company standards.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Legal & Administration function and perform other related tasks assigned by the Legal Administration Supervisor.

  • Support compliance with internal administrative procedures and legal documentation standards.
