Job Description:
Draft and conduct the initial review of legal and contractual documents, including Partnership Agreements (PKS), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), contract addendums, commitment letters, personnel assignment letters, and other supporting legal documents.
Prepare and revise contract documents based on the company's standard templates and client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to support the contract finalization and signing process.
Prepare and verify supporting documents for invoicing, ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Collaborate with Sales Administration, Finance, and other related departments to support the billing process.
Maintain and organize both physical and digital legal documents, ensuring proper filing, document traceability, and confidentiality.
Update and maintain the contract and legal document database in accordance with company standards.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Legal & Administration function and perform other related tasks assigned by the Legal Administration Supervisor.
Support compliance with internal administrative procedures and legal documentation standards.
