Head Engineering (WTP & WWTP)
PT Memiontec Indonesia is seeking an experienced and capable professional to join our team as Head Engineering. This role is responsible for leading engineering activities across WTP and WWTP process plants, infrastructure, utilities, and supporting facilities, while ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering activities for WTP and WWTP process plant.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Engineering SOP.
Manage proposal preparation, engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and technical service providers.
Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, drawings, and technical deliverables.
Coordinate with Construction, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Operations to deliver practical and constructible solutions.
Drive technical risk management, value engineering, design optimization, and engineering changes.
Monitor engineering progress and report key issues, risks, and mitigation plans to the Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process, Mining, Metallurgical, or related discipline); Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of engineering or project delivery experience in EPC and strong in WTP and WWTP highly preferred.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams through design, construction, and commissioning.
Strong knowledge of engineering management, design review, constructability, technical governance, and risk management.
Experience coordinating civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, process, geotechnical, and infrastructure disciplines.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
