Finance, Accounting, & Tax Associate Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with in-depth analysis and insights for decision-making.

• Manage and coordinate external audit, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

• Supervise and review journal entries, general ledger activities, and account reconciliations across all key accounts.

• Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with applicable standards.

• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, tax) to support business objectives and process improvements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in accounting systems, processes, and reporting efficiency.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring capability development and high performance within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.

• Experience with Oracle Accounting System is highly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across levels.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
