Job Description
Manage the CMO's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily administrative activities to ensure efficient schedule management.
Coordinate communication and follow-ups between the CMO, internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders.
Create, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content for the CMO's personal social media platforms, primarily Instagram.
Plan and coordinate content schedules while supporting the execution of branding, marketing, and promotional activities involving the CMO.
Provide general executive and administrative support, prepare necessary documents and presentations, maintain confidentiality, and perform other duties assigned by the Company.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Content Creator, Social Media Coordinator, or a similar role.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Korean language proficiency is highly preferred.
Proficient in social media management and basic photo/video editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar applications.
Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
