WE’RE HIRING – HR SUPERVISOR
We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead our HR team and ensure all Human Resources functions are managed effectively while supporting the company’s business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Management/Business Administration/Law or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Proven experience leading and developing an HR team.
Solid knowledge of end-to-end HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and HR compliance.
Experienced in developing and implementing SOPs, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.
Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and develop the HR team.
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower planning to onboarding.
Ensure HR administration and employee documentation are well maintained.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and KPIs.
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
Work Location: Mobile (frequent travel to company sites as required)
