Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors while ensuring a professional front-desk experience.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate meeting room reservations and office vehicle schedules.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain administrative records.
Support procurement administration, including purchase order processing.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma 3 (D3), preferably in Administration or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) was established on December 21, 1993, through the initiative of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency/BAPEPAM (now the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (FSA)) and the Central Bank of Indonesia. On August 13, 1994, PEFINDO obtained its operating license (No. 39/PM-PI/1994) from BAPEPAM and remains one of the supporting institutions of the Indonesian Capital Market.
