- Required language(s): Indonesia, Mandarin
- Familiar and able to operate accounting software

  
Job Description :    
- Responsible for supporting the Purchasing Manager    
- Assist managers in making price quotations for clients    
- Assist managers in communicating with local suppliers    
- Assist managers in identifying, negotiating with suppliers    
- Assist managers in handling payment documents    
- Assist the manager in ensuring that the goods purchased meet the customer's requirements
- Work closely with the finance department to complete all documents related to procurement   
- Work closely with the logistics department to ensure goods are delivered promptly to the client
