Job Description :
Prepare all required export documents relating to custom clearence/ entry of the goods procedure are accurate (product terms and specifications in the document in accordance with applicable standards)
Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and readiness of all export documentation (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report etc.)
Supervise the export shipment process to the port of destination and immediately coordinate with the competent party to solve the operational problems that occur
Directing and supervising surveyors in performing their duties so that in accordance with the contents of the cooperation agreement
Ensure export taxes and processing fees of export documents are paid on time with accurate nominal.
Analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of export documents processing
Verify the invoice surveyor, claim the ship or / and the consumer on the company side before submitted to the Back Office.
Job requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in all major
At least 1 year of working experience in Export Import
Must be fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
