Welcome and assist patients throughout their clinic visit.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient consultations.
Explain treatment processes and assist with informed consent documentation.
Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and nurses.
Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
Prepare and maintain accurate patient records.
Support front desk operations, registration, and payment coordination.
Follow up with patients before and after treatment.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, medical aesthetic clinic, or healthcare customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
